My name is Maria and I was born in a little town close to Barcelona. I studied Fine Arts and after some years working in regular tourism, I decided to become a mountain guide. I have been working and traveling around the world in countries like Iceland, Costa Rica and Chile for some years. I worked in adventure tourism and ecotourism activities like trekking, rappelling and kayaking, focusing on guiding and leading groups but also in logistics management and risk management. I have been living in Tarapoto since 2018 and I fell in love with the city and its surroundings where nature is exuberant and local people are still connected to the knowledge nature provides us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to cook and make books by bookbinding. I love to spend time outdoors and I\u2019m recently learning about birds and birdwatching. I\u2019m kind and empathic, I love to listen and learn from the people that surround me.
