Prior to joining SFS Phil served as the Operations Manager for the International Honors Program at SIT, World Learning.  Before that he spent four years in NE Thailand working with CIEE\u2019s Development and Globalization program and learning from Thailand\u2019s grassroots peoples\u2019 movement, the Assembly of the Poor.
