Dr. Virginia (Jennie) Leslie is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. With a medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she has dedicated her career to improving healthcare access and quality for underserved populations.

Dr. Leslie completed her residency at the Mountain Area Health Education Center and has held various academic and clinical positions, including faculty roles at prominent institutions such as Oregon Health & Science University and George Washington University. Her research interests focus on Latino healthcare, particularly addressing birth outcomes and HIV in pregnancy.

Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Leslie is committed to serving diverse communities globally and enhancing women’s health through both clinical practice and scholarly work.
